Purchases made on the website www.scripta.pt will be sent to the address chosen at the time of purchase.
The delivery time for an order will vary depending on the country from which you place the order.
- Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 business days
- Portugal Islands and Spain: 2 to 7 working days
- European Union: 7 to 12 business days
- Outside the European Union: 6 to 10 working days.
When purchasing items on the Scripta website, the user accepts and agrees that the following shipping costs may be charged:
- Mainland Portugal: €4.95 and free shipping on purchases over €60.00
- Portugal islands: €6.95 and free shipping on purchases over €100.00
- Spain: €15.00 and free shipping on purchases over €100.00
- Spain (Balearic and Canary Islands): €15.00 and free shipping on purchases over €100.00
- Spain (Ceuta): €25.00 and free shipping on purchases over €100.00
- European Union: €15.00 and free shipping on purchases over €100.00
- European Union (Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Norway and Switzerland): €20.00 and free shipping on purchases over €120.00
- Outside the European Union (except South Africa and Russia): €20.00 and free shipping on purchases over €150.00
- South Africa: €25.00 and free shipping on purchases over €180.00
- Russia: €50.00 and free shipping for purchases over €220.00
Scripta excludes any liability relating to customs fees. Orders sent to countries outside the European Union or with different customs and tax policies than most European Union countries may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Tax). The recipient of an international transfer may be subject to Import Taxes at the time the transfer arrives in your country. The recipient will have to bear additional customs clearance charges. Scripta does not control these charges nor is it able to estimate them. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, there may be a delay in relation to the estimated shipping time.
Returns
Purchases made on the website www.scripta.pt may be returned if you are not satisfied with the product or for any other reason, which you do not need to provide. Scripta will only accept your return if the returned item meets the requirements:
The article must be new;
Has not been used;
Contain all original labels;
The item must not be worn, washed or altered.
This Returns Policy does not invalidate or call into question legal rights under current legislation, including your legal right of withdrawal.
The returned items will be refunded in the same payment method used to purchase the product. At the end of the return process you will receive a confirmation email.
You can return or exchange an order placed on the website www.scripta.pt using the return method that we have available. All returns or exchanges of items must be carried out within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If, for whatever reason, your order is received in different deliveries, the 15-day period for returning any item starts counting from the date of receipt of the last delivery.
Return process
To return or exchange your order, you must follow the instructions below:
Send an email to [email protected] with “Product Return/Exchange” in the subject.
Make sure you include all documentation relating to the purchase in the email you send;
You must pack the merchandise safely, ensuring that it meets all the requirements mentioned above. Try to use the original submission materials;
Our Customer Support team will contact you and plan all procedures;
Returns are processed within 14 working days;
The refund for the item will be made using the same method that was used to pay for it.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging, labeling and shipping the product. You must retain proof of shipment as a safeguard.
If a returned item does not meet the return requirements, we may need to resend it to you.

Order exchange:
If the item does not correspond to the appropriate size, you can request a size change as long as you return the original item.
The process of exchanging the original item will proceed in accordance with the terms indicated above for the return of items.
